Baby Lane Bowtique’s items are all hand made to your order. We do not mass produce our products! This makes it take a little longer to complete and ship your order, but we believe our handmade products are well worth the wait! Each item is professionally hand made, and double checked.  
At this time, items can take up to 12 days to ship out. Larger orders can take longer, and smaller orders may not take as long. Since each items is professionally hand made, we cannot give an exact time frame. We know how important it is for you to receive your bows in a timely manner, and we strive to complete orders as quickly as possible!


Out of Stock
Our 12 day turn around time frame does not include items that are out of stock. We try our best to update our website for out of stock items, but every once in a while we are not quick enough. If we are waiting for an item to be restocked to complete the order, it will take longer than the ten day turn around time frame. You will be notified by email that your item is out of stock, where you will then have an option to wait for the product to come in, choose another item to replace the original order (of equal price), or receive in store credit. If we do not hear back from you within 10 days of sending out the email notifying you that your item is out of stock, we will mail your original order as soon as the item is back in stock. We currently don't offer refunds.

 Returns
We do not accepts returns on our products due to the nature of the items we sell. If we have shipped out a defective item, or make an error, we will be more than happy to replace it. Although this rarely happens, since our items are checked, and checked again before they are shipped out. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. All sales are final.
